The Lithuanian Society of Biomechanics connects Lithuanian Universities (Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Kaunas University of Technology, Aleksandras Stulginskis University (former LZUU), Šiauliai University, Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education, Kaunas University of Medicine, Vilnius University, Klaipėda University) and rehabilitation centers, Lithuanian society of disabled people and representatives of other institutions. Close relations are being held with European Society of Biomechanics, Polish Society of Biomechanics, its sections and separate scientists – members of society:  prof. habil. dr. K. Kędzior (Warsaw University of Technology), prof. habil. dr. R. Będzinski (Wrocław University of Technology), University of Scetzin, Institute of Biocybernetics and Engineering and others. LSB is liaised with Belorussian Academy of Science, Latvian scientists who are working in the field of Biomechanics and Medical Engineering, with scientists from University of Jyväskylä, Finland, Russia, Switzerland and other. The Society collaborates with manufacturing enterprises, such as Puntukas, Center of Orthopaedic, Visio optics, Center of Laser Technology, Biomedika, Technical Center of Biomedika, Center of Technical Aid for Disabled People under Ministry of Social Security and Labour, Tantea, Intersurgical and other. The society maintains close relations with the Center of Physical medicine and rehabilitation at Vilnius University Hospital “Santariškės”, University hospital of Vilnius first medical help and other.
